Kids Klub for Home Buyers The Home Buying Process is the beginning of many changes that will occur. And Renee understands the importance of involving your children in this process to help them prepare for the changes yet to come. Renee's Kids Klub is a wonderful way to make your kids feel more involved and in control during the home buying process.
During her Home Buyers Consultation, Renee involves the children by having them sign a Kids Klub Agreement, which basically states that they will be on their best behavior when viewing properties, they promise not to touch anything within the property, etc. Once they agree to this, they receive a Kids Klub Certificate, complete with gold foil seal that acknowledges and honors their courage, assistance and patience during the Home Buying process.
