Kids Klub for Home Sellers There are many people involved in the sale of one's home. But the most overlooked are the children! Renee's Kids Klub is a wonderful way to make your kids feel more involved and in control during this process.
During her Home Sellers Consultation, Renee involves the children by having them sign a Kids Klub Agreement, which basically states that they will help to keep their rooms tidy, put their toys away, etc. Once they agree, they receive a Kids Klub Certificate, complete with gold foil seal that acknowledges and honors their courage, assistance and patience during the Home Selling process.
